The information and data collected or submitted through the Joyhub application belong to SINGAPORE JOYHUB TECH PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our company," or "our").
Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our application to ensure that you have read and understood all the terms. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the data we collect from:

How We Collect Your Personal Data
A. Data you provide

"Identifiable natural person" means an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity elements. When you use Joyhub or any other products or features we provide, you voluntarily share certain information:
l Account Information: When you register an account or modify the account information, we collect certain information, such as your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, and username.
l Activity Information: When you participate in various advertisement activities, marketing activities and quiz activities released by Joyhub, we will collect relevant information voluntarily submitted by you, such as activity clicks, participation records, quiz records, results deduction and other relevant activity information.
l Contact Information: We collect your username and email address, or similar identifiers, along with any other information you voluntarily provide to us, for specific purposes such as contests or surveys.
l Personal Information Submitted by Users: We collect information that you voluntarily provide for specific purposes, as well as information you freely provide for customization. This includes, for example, birth date, age, gender, interests, preferences, sexual orientation, feedback, survey results, and information regarding your marketing preferences towards us and third parties.
l Communication Information: If you contact us for customer support or otherwise communicate with us, we collect these communication details. For example, your email address, the submitted content and other information.
We will collect certain other data, including personal data, through the website based on your consent. We will not forcibly collect or force you to submit these data.
B. Data automatically collected
When you access or use the Application, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain data about you (" Usage Data "). Usage data may include IP addresses, device identifiers, operating systems, and more. If we combine usage data with your personal data, we will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
l Log data: Log data is data about your use of the website, such as usage pages, operating system, date/time stamps, etc., which is stored in log files.

Cookies are uniquely assigned to your computer and can only be read by the Web server in the domain that issued the Cookie to you. You can choose to accept or reject cookies. Most Web browsers accept cookies automatically, and you can change your browser Settings to reject cookies. When you choose to reject cookies, your experience with the Joyhub services may be affected.
l Website activity Data: We collect information about your interactions with our content, ads, and campaigns, as well as how you use our website and services. This includes the pages you visit within the website and the paths that lead you to those pages. We also collect information about your time zone settings, operating system, browser, and the device you use to access the website.
l Usage Data and Speculation: As you use our Services, we collect data about your activities, including your interactions with the Platform and content, such as the community posts you click on, the words you search for, the graphics you create, and any text you add to comments or descriptions, as well as your interactions with other users, such as followers, and other information you provide when you first sign up, and information provided by our partners and information provided by advertisers, and will make inferences about you and your preferences. For example, if you create a graphic about anime, we may infer that you are an anime fan.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may withdraw your consent at any time or request the deletion of your data. California residents may permanently opt out of the processing of their biometric or image data by submitting a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” request. Disabling this feature will stop targeted recommendations and clear existing tags, but you may receive non-personalized content. l User Generated Content: includes comments, photos, videos, text, links, etc., that you choose to create or upload to the Platform, as well as related metadata such as when, where, and by whom the content was created. If the content you upload contains personal information of others (such as their images in photos/videos), it is deemed that you have obtained the legal authorization of the relevant subject. If non-platform users discover that their information has been misused, they can contact us at support@mailjoyhub.net.
l Location recognition technology: Location-aware technology locates (sometimes precisely) you, such as verifying your location and serving or limiting content based on your location.
l Interaction Information: We collect information about your interactions with community content. This includes your likes and favorites of community content.
l User Choices: We record the choices you make in your settings (including privacy settings) and whether you have enabled notifications.
We may use your data to produce and share aggregated insights that are anonymous to you and do not personally identify you. This type of aggregate data is not included in personal information.
We do not permit or intend for those under the age of 18 or the applicable age of majority in the jurisdiction ("minors") to use our app. We don't knowingly collect personal information about minors. If you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor who has provided us with personal information, please email us at support@mailjoyhub.net to request the deletion of the minor's personal information.
How We Use Your Personal Data And the Purposes
Provision of Services: We use identifiers, app activity data, and, for registered users only, contact information, payment and commercial information, and user contributions to present our app and its contents to you, including any interactive features, to give you information or services that you request from us, and to verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with contests and sweepstakes.
Customer Management: We use identifiers, contact information, payment and commercial information to manage Registered Users' accounts, provide customer support, and notify Registered Users about changes to our app or any goods or services we offer or render through them, as well as when their subscriptions and accounts are about to expire or renew. We use identifiers to verify your identity and the accuracy of the identifiers you provide when registering for specific services within the app.
Customized Content and Marketing: We create content and advertisements tailored to your interests based on your use of the website and your interest in products, services, and content on the website. We do this by using personal information submitted by users, identifiers and contact information, website activity data, as well as user-generated contributions.
Analytics: Using IDs and app activity data, we monitor aggregate metrics such as the total number of visitors, pages visited, and demographic trends. We also use this data to determine if each user of our app is distinct or if the same user is using the app repeatedly.

The Legal Basis for Our Use of Your Personal Data
We process personal data under the following lawful bases as defined under applicable data protection regulations:

How we share Your Personal Data
To the broader public: When you are using our app and services,you may choose to voluntarily publish user-generated content, like audio and video files.
Within Our Corporate Group: We may share any category of personal information to affiliates and affiliated businesses that comprise our corporate group, to the extent necessary to achieve the objectives specified in the previous sections.
Service Providers: We share the necessary categories of personal data we collect to our approved service providers, who perform particular duties on our behalf. Order fulfillment and payment processing, risk and fraud detection and mitigation, verification of identity and document authenticity verification, customer support, marketing and advertising, content customization, analytics, security, hosting our application, and help with its functionality are a few examples of these services. Using your account settings, you can delete the audio and video content that has been supplied by users.

l Right to restrict processing: You have the right to restrict our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances; You have the option to withhold some personal information from us, but doing so may limit your ability to use our app features. For you to buy services, sign up as a member, take part in a poll, competition, or sweepstakes, ask questions, or initiate other activities on our app, these features may require specific personal information.
l Right of access: You have the right to access your personal data stored and processed by the Company in an organized, universal and machine-readable manner, as well as the manner in which the personal data is used;

We and our service providers will collect and use your personal information for marketing purposes. We may send you direct marketing newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can go to 'My - Settings - Message Notifications' to turn off SMS and phone notifications.
You can choose not to receive any more marketing emails from us by using the opt-out link that is included in each of our communications. If you are a Registered User, you may still receive emails from us regarding orders, surveys, administrative notices, and other transactional and relationship emails.
If you haven't created an account with us, please be advised that we might not be able to complete your request since we might not have enough information to identify you. In some cases, we may also want additional information from you in order to fully verify your identification or obtain your permission to make the request.
Because user accounts and the use of certain personal information-like your email address-are closely related, please be advised that some requests to delete specific personal information may also result in the loss of your user account.

In addition, when you exercise your rights to your personal data, we have the right to carry out reasonable verification to establish that you are the rights holder himself.

For instance, sharing information with law enforcement in emergencies when we learn someone is facing a life-threatening situation.
In each data transfer, we also identify and implement additional and appropriate protective measures. We adopt technical protective measures such as encryption and pseudonymization.
Third-Party Websites
If you click on a link to a website operated by a third party, you will be taken to websites that are not under our control. This policy does not address the privacy policies of these websites. Examine other websites' privacy policies carefully. We have no control over these third-party acts.

In the past 12 months, the categories and Sources of your Personal information we collected have been disclosed in the section "Sources Used To Gather Personal Data". You can obtain the personal information and sources we collected from you during the past 12 months in this section.
In the past 12 months, we have disclosed your personal information to third parties for business purposes. The categories of the disclosed personal information, the purposes and the categories of third parties are disclosed in the "Disclosure of Your Private Data" section, where you can obtain the relevant information.
In relation to your personal data, the California Consumer Privacy Act (the "CCPA") grants you the following rights:
l Right to Know / Access: The right to request information about the categories of Personal Information we collect, the categories of sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we process it, and the categories of third parties, or a list of specific third parties, to whom we disclose it.

l Right to Opt Out of Sale / Share: To the extent we sell or share your personal information as the term “sell” or “share” is defined under California Privacy Laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale of sharing your Personal Information and sharing your Personal Information for targeted advertising. Note that you will still see advertisements on our services, but these ads will not be based on off-site data.
l Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: California residents can request limits on how we use/share sensitive personal information under CCPA, except where legally exempt.
l The Freedom from Discrimination Upon Right-Exercise: We won't treat you any differently if you have exercised any of your CCPA rights.

You can designate an agent to submit a request by providing them with the information listed above that allows us to verify your identity and find your records, together with a notarized power of attorney allowing that person to act on your behalf. Alternatively, you will need to submit us evidence that you have finished the process, sign a form allowing the agent to act on your behalf, and personally authenticate your identity with us via the methods described above.
We share particular categories of personal information about Californians for business purposes, as stated in the section above under Disclosure of Your Personal Information.
